| How to use: | Mist over the perineal area as often as needed, especially after bath or toilet use. Alternatively, spray onto a maternity pad and then place the damp pad over the area. Use on cotton pads to create a compress for your perineum. Spray on maternity pads and freeze to make quick padsicles or store in the refrigerator for extra relief. |
